Janine Dayson has been a dance educator for 16 years. She began her dance training at the age of three and furthered her education at George Mason University, graduating with a BFA in Dance.

Under the training of Susan Shields, Jim Lepore, and Dan Joyce, Janine discovered her love of teaching. Upon returning to New Jersey, she began instructing at various studios and continued her passion for education by receiving her Masters in Special Education. She has been humbled and proud to work with a studio in Northern New Jersey for nearly sixteen years, acting as the Director of their competition team, choreographing award-winning productions, and leading them to many achievements and prestigious awards.

Janine is also a judge for Beyond the Stars and Breakout Dance Competitions. She continues to advance her professional career by regularly attending dance teacher workshops and conferences. Janine’s love of teaching has given her the opportunity to inspire the love of dance in her students.
