The Art of Dance faculty of accredited dance instructors have a range of skills they share with our students. We also welcome regular guest teachers from New York, many of whom come to us direct from the stages of Broadway.

Kim Gang
Studio Manager
Kim is a proud Boy Mom of Owen 21, Greyson 18, and Parker 17. She has been married to her wonderful husband Josh for 25 years. She has over 20 years of customer service and project planning experience. She is thrilled too have been a part of AOD for the past 4 years and still learning new things everyday
Namrta Shah
Finance Manager
Namrta has three beautiful children that are the light of her life. She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After working in the corporate world for several years, she and her husband became Peace Corps volunteers and lived in Honduras for two years. During her time in Honduras, Namrta trained and advised women’s groups in rural villages as they developed small businesses to support their families.

Master Ballet Teacher
The AOD is a great place to learn and have fun. They have options for serious training as well as recreational dancers. My daughters have enjoyed their classes immensely, and the classes have helped them to develop their coordination, balance, skills and confidence.
We moved to the area from England and came across this dance school, it was the best find for my 7 year old daughter. Ms. Valerie has a great set of teachers and the expertise is of a high standard. The proof is in the end of year show which is simply AMAZING, and speaks to the excellence of this performing arts school. Highly recommended.
So glad to be part of the AOD community. Not only are these kids learning from incredible teachers, they’re having fun and developing their talent. We’ve been very impressed in our experience. It’s a magical gem in Chester.
