Joseph J. Simeone is a Juilliard-trained dancer and composer whose career spans Broadway, ballet, opera, and musical theatre. He is the only Juilliard student to study both Dance and Music Composition, and has performed leading roles on Broadway in West Side Story, A Chorus Line, The Phantom of the Opera, and A Bronx Tale. As a concert dancer, Joseph has performed with American Ballet Theatre and worked with legendary choreographers including Merce Cunningham, Twyla Tharp, Paul Taylor, and more. His original works as a choreographer and composer have been presented internationally. At The Art of Dance, Joseph shares his passion and expertise with the next generation, inspiring students to bring both artistry and discipline to their craft.
