Dance has been a huge part of my life for the past 16 years. I started dancing when I was just 2 years old and began competing at 5. I proudly trained at Prestige Academy of Dance, where I had the opportunity to learn from an incredible faculty who helped shape me into the dancer and person I am today. Throughout my years of training, I have studied contemporary, jazz, ballet, lyrical, modern, musical theatre, and tap, with contemporary being my strongest and favorite style.

I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a minor in Sports Nutrition. I am currently a graduate student at Rutgers University pursuing my goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian! My love for dance is actually a huge part of what inspired me to pursue a career in nutrition. I hope to one day combine my passions for dance and nutrition by helping dancers develop healthy habits that support them through the demands of training, performing, and growing.

I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to rekindle my love for dance while continuing my education. I cannot wait to share my passion, knowledge, and love of dance with all of my students. I am so excited to learn and grow together this season, work hard, and most importantly, have fun!
