Peggy Campbell has been dancing since the age of 3 and has an abundance of experience in dance and dance education. She trained at the New Jersey Ballet and The New School in NYC at the young age of 15 and worked alongside some of the greatest choreographers of all time, such as Alvin Ailey and Martha Graham. Peggy holds a BFA in Dance and completed her graduate work at the University of Idaho while touring the country with the Moscow Idaho Dance Company. These experiences enabled her to be an integral part of bringing dance into school systems throughout the United States and earning a K-8 teaching certification from Kean University. Peggy has taught at the Art of Dance for over 30 years, mentoring and nurturing young dancers through their earlier years of dance; many of whom continue to study here today. Peggy’s greatest love is sharing her passion and knowledge of dance with young students and helping them grow into exceptional dancers.
